SHRD implements a diploma of soft powers strategies in Emirates

Sharjah Human Resources Directorate (SHRD) is preparing to implement the first Diploma programme of its kind at the level of the Sharjah government in Soft Powers Strategies in the UAE with a distance training system, targeting all job levels.
The diploma is held with virtual training technology via the WEBEX programme. After passing the trainees, they will obtain an international diploma accredited, and it will be included in the employee's online training system.

The nomination for the programme witnessed a great turnout from the employees of the Sharjah government from all entities and institutions in all the cities of the emirate in Sharjah, central region and eastern region, as soon as the programme was announced within the department's plan for training and foundational programmes for the month of June.

The diploma addresses many important topics, plans and strategies that underpin the management of soft powers in the country. Its definition. The Diploma deals with the topics of emotional intelligence and its relationship to soft powers, the system of soft power in government work, and the measure of institutional reputation.

His Excellency Dr. Tariq Sultan bin Khadem, Chairman of SHRD, stated that the department pays great attention to providing all of its employees and future leaders with visionary perspectives in all strategies and affairs that serve the future and the modern world.

He emphasised the keenness of Sharjah resources to keep abreast of the state’s directions in preparing a comprehensive government system to create sustainable work programmes and policies that serve all components of the state. He explained that the diploma is concerned with the international trend towards soft powers and its adaptation in the service of the efforts of the developing country.
